My course content isn’t playing or showing up. What do I do?

I’ve purchased a course but can’t see it. What do I do?
If you have just purchased the course, please try refreshing the page or logging out. If your course does not appear after these steps, if it was purchased at an earlier time, or if you still do not see it after you complete these steps, please contact us for assistance
I’ve finished a course, but I don’t see my credits. What do I do?
To see a list of completed credits, click on the ‘education’ tab in your AOPA Hub profile. If you still do not see the credits you are looking for, contact us for assistance
I’m having trouble logging in / I’m unable to log in
If you are having trouble logging in on the AOPAversity page, try logging in through the AOPA Hub. If this does not work, please contact 571-431-0835 during business hours, or mmmcternan@aopanet.org after hours
