She holds a BS in Health Administration from Auburn University. Her personal experience, industry knowledge, and caring personality are the perfect combination for an exceptional learning experience. Rachel was a Cancer Care Boutique Manager in Ohio, prior to joining the Amoena team. Rachel is passionate about helping women through breast surgery recovery, and strives to empower others in the industry to do the same.

Tanya Baer has been in the O&P field for over 20 years. She started as a receptionist and is now a certified fitter of orthotics and mastectomy as well as the billing and credentialing specialist for her clinic. Tanya has a well rounded background in medical billing and insurance negotiating. She strives to make sure the patient's are not only satisfied with whatever items they receive, but also are informed as to what their insurance covers and how to make sure the process flows smoothly. Tanya also enjoys giving back to the O&P field by participating on AOPA committees when she can.
